French proficiency remained a central requirement across the first three streams, with oral French thresholds ranging from level 5 to level 7, depending on the stream and exercise. Several exercises also required Québec education credentials, specific TEER categories, priority occupations, minimum scores, Québec residence, and recent work experience.
